Exact quote before sending
Small postcards are $1.99 each, including full color and postage. The larger double-sided postcard uses an exact quote. Review the prepared postcard and total before approving, or authorize autosend within your limits.

A separate postcard inbox
Email to Postcard has its own postcard- address. Messages sent there route to postcards automatically; you do not need [postcard] in the subject. Email to Letter keeps its own inbox.
Rules that fit your messages
Match one or more sender email addresses and subject conditions. Choose the postcard type, sender and recipient addresses, sending mode and artwork settings. New rules default to the small postcard.
Artwork ready for review
Enable image generation based on the email contents to prepare artwork when a matching message arrives. The default-on option can remove image instructions from the printed message. Check the generated artwork and text in Review your postcard.
Approval and spending limits
Review-mode notifications invite approval by email with a link back to the workspace. Authorized autosend uses prepaid credits and configured caps; messages with unverified sender signatures wait for approval. Sent notifications show what was sent and when.
How it works
Sign in, enable Email to Postcard and copy your dedicated postcard address.
Create a rule with permitted sender emails, recipients, postcard type, artwork preferences and sending mode.
Email a message to the postcard inbox. Review the prepared artwork, text, addresses and price, or let your authorized autosend rule send within its limits.
Common questions
Can I use the same rule with several email senders?
Yes. Add multiple sender email addresses to a rule. You can also configure subject matching and the recipient and artwork settings.
Does it support both postcard sizes?
Yes. New rules default to the 5.5 × 4.25 inch single-sided postcard. Choose the 8.5 × 5.5 inch double-sided postcard in the rule when you want that format.
Will image-generation instructions be printed on the postcard?
The option to remove image instructions from the printed message is on by default and can be changed. Always review the prepared message and artwork if the exact wording matters.
Will every received email be mailed automatically?
No. Matching rules, sending mode, sender verification, prepaid balance and configured limits apply. Review mode requires approval, and unverified sender signatures wait for approval even when autosend is configured.
