Sign in and pay with confidence
Start at our sign-in page. Google or X may open their own sign-in screens. Account emails come from [email protected]; some account verification links use our Firebase authentication domain, lettersbyletter.firebaseapp.com.
Review your amount in Billing before paying. Card payments use Square’s secure payment form on this site. Crypto payments require confirmation in your wallet. We will never ask you to email your password, card number, private key, or wallet recovery phrase.
If a message or security warning seems suspicious, open directmailamerica.com yourself and contact us before continuing.
Report a concern
Email [email protected] with the affected page, what happened, and the time. For a suspected vulnerability, include minimal steps to reproduce it using your own account and synthetic data.
Leave out passwords, API keys, sign-in links, payment details, and other customers’ documents. Please do not access other accounts, send physical mail, make payments, or disrupt the service to demonstrate an issue.
