Follow the mailing
Check the job in your workspace and use the available USPS tracking information to follow its progress. Certified Mail is distinct from ordinary First-Class letters.
Add a return receipt when needed
Electronic Return Receipt is an optional paid add-on. Review the recipient address and choose the receipt option before approving the order.
How it works
Open Send letter and select Certified.
Add the document, sender and recipients. Choose Electronic Return Receipt if needed.
Review the complete price and authorize mailing. Find the job and tracking in your workspace.
Common questions
Is Electronic Return Receipt included?
No. It is an optional add-on with its own price. The app shows the combined total before you authorize sending.
Can I choose custom paper or duplex printing?
The custom Certified Mail workflow offers additional paper and print options with an exact quote before payment.
