Common questions
How is this different from standard Certified Mail?
The standard sender uses the standard first-page and additional-page rates. The custom workflow offers more paper and print choices and prices the selected configuration with an exact quote.
Is a return envelope the same as Electronic Return Receipt?
No. A return envelope is a physical envelope for a recipient’s reply. Electronic Return Receipt is a separate postal delivery-evidence option for Certified Mail.
